Who is the The Un-Wedding Show for?
The Un-Wedding Show is for modern, independent wedding business owners, couples and throuples, in the UK.
We can only represent suppliers that demonstrate a strong synergy with the diverse audience that The Un-Wedding attracts.
This should be evident in your body of work/products/services/portfolios/branding.
Our events are all LGBTQ+ friendly and we strive to be diverse, friendly and fun! If this doesn't sound like something you can get on board with then The Un-Wedding Show is not the one for you.

Who is The Un-Wedding Show not for?
The Un-Wedding Show is not for suppliers who want to just rock up with a table, a pull-up banner, and minimal energy.
Our events are famed for being vibrant, inspirational and fun, and we want your stand to reflect your personality because our attendees come for that connection!
If I sign up, will I get featured on The Un-Wedding's Instagram?
We love nothing more than to promote our confirmed exhibitors on our socials and thoroughly encourage you tag us in your best pics for the chance to be featured!

We can only share imagery that we think will perform well on our feed and drive traffic to our event pages.
We represent 100's of suppliers through our shows and directory and it would be impossible to shout about them all individually (we have a paid service for this)
Also, The Un-Wedding socials aren't just about our shows. We try to promote The Un-Wedding holistically through our social feeds.
I've never done a wedding fair before. Will there be any training on this?
Absolutely! We want all of our suppliers to get the most out of exhibiting at The Un-Wedding Show so we provide a short training on 'How To Get The Most Out Of Exhibiting' when you book your space.
Am I guaranteed to get bookings?
This is not something that can ever be guaranteed, so this is why we keep investment low and only list businesses that we believe will appeal to our couples.
That said, The Un-Wedding Show is the highest-coverting wedding fair there is, and many of our suppliers use our events as their main sales funnel. How many tickets do you sell?
Our events are famed for being busy, with the right people. This is all down to our highly targeted ad campaigns.
Whilst we can never guarantee exact numbers, our 1-day events tend to attract between 350 - 1000+ attendees and our 2 events see a footfall of between 700 - 1000+.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
As with all events, we have a NO REFUND policy. This is due to the fact that organising events requires investment from all around, including suppliers, and ticket buyers.
There are a lot of risks involved for event organisers because our running costs stay the same whether we sell all of our allocated space, or just a fraction of it.
Also, we invest heavily in our paid ad campaigns so, as soon as a supplier signs up for one of our events and is listed on our events page, they directly benefit from that spend.
Your commitment is everything when it comes to the delivery of a successful event.
Can I take payments/sell on the day at The Un-Wedding Show?
Absolutely! We LOVE hearing our suppliers make sales on the day! We want you to get the most out of our events, so please GO FOR IT!
Please note: The sale of alcohol or food is not permitted unless previously agreed as we usually have an agreement with our venues/bar/caterers.
How is The Un-Wedding Show advertised?
Our main form of advertising is done through Facebook and Instagram ads, and via our own website. This is a tried and tested method that has been working for us since 2019 to ensure that our events are not only busy, but busy with the right demographic of attendees for our suppliers. This is why our events are more successful than any other wedding fair in the UK today.
Why is The Un-Wedding Show more expensive than other wedding fairs?
The fixed running costs and advertising of our events is high and needs to be coverred in order to make the events possible.
Also, our suppliers get results.
You can invest in lower cost wedding fairs, but if footfall is low, the demographic isn't right, and you don't generate any bookings from it, was it really worth it?
Disclaimer: The Un-Wedding Show isn't the cheapest wedding fair to showcase at, but it isn't the most expensive either.
Our USP isn't about being the cheapest, or the biggest. We aim to be the best... the one that makes it easier for suppliers to generate bookings and see a return on their investment. This is why approximately 50% of our suppliers continue to showcase with us year after year.

Can I showcase at multiple shows?
Absolutely! Although space at more than one event can't be guaranteed.
